Do you identify as a carer* for a service man and/or woman?

Would you be interested in helping us to understand the relationship between health behaviours, such as physical activity and sleep, and psychological wellbeing of carers of service men and women?

Would you be interested in helping us identify the health and wellbeing needs of carers of service men and women?

Participants who complete all the requirements of the study will receive a $30 gift voucher to compensate for their time.

*Please note that carers for this project do not need to be carers as defined under the DVA or Centrelink. Anyone who self-identifies as a carer for a returned or transitioning service man or service woman is eligible to participate in this study.
